How many times have you been out and about somewhere and wanted to exchange contact information with someone but didn’t have a business card. Normally you’d pull out a business card and exchange them with a handshake right? That’s too much of a hassle these days right?

If you’ve got a phone, you’ve got all you need with the help of MyTextCard by Connective Mobile.

When you sign-up with MyTextCard you enter your contact information you want to share with other individuals when you want to give them all your details. You also setup a keyword that MyTextCard will use to identify you.

The next time you want to quickly share that information, just have the individual text your keyword to 71813 from their phone. They’ll then receive a text message with the contact details you’ve provided. MyTextCard allows you to take advantage of SMS functionality to use mobile marketing features very easily.

In a few seconds, they’ll receive a text message with all your details.

If they add their email address after your keyword they’ll also receive a vCard of your information emailed to them at that address in a compressed zip format. They can then import that into their contact management system and immediately have all your contact information when they need it next time. MyTextCard also keeps track of everyone you’ve shared your details with if they used their email address in their text. Then, if you’d ever want to update your contact information with those individuals, you can quickly send a new vCard as needed.

If you’re just using a business card, you can’t even guarantee all that data will get manually typed back into their address book.

Use MyTextCard to exchange contact information quickly. No cards. No writing. No fuss. Connective Mobile has a variety of different mobile marketing tools that use SMS to get your message to the right people.

    Jason,

Thanks for the writeup! We love our TextCards so much we don’t even have paper business cards.
