The Droids Are Coming But At What Price?

The folks at BillShrink released a great info-graphic for the gadget addicted yesterday. It is especially helpful to those that are coveting the Motorola Droid and view it as an alternative to the iPhone.
The info-graphic compares iPhone and two other competitors, the Palm Pre and the MyTouch 3G. The criteria being network, applications, battery life and other important gadget benchmarks.
Missing from this list is a device running the Windows Mobile OS.
I do have to say that if one was added to this list as a competitor it should be the HTC Imagio. I spent some hands on time with it yesterday and was impressed by its responsiveness, UI and onboard applications.

The moto droid looks great.. and looks like it’s prob the best phone they have made in years!
One thing I don’t get though is why Sprint isn’t pushing the Hero… It’s honestly the best phone i’ve had in years!
I just hope HTC eventually updates the firmware on my phone to Android 2.0 it sounds like a powerful phone OS
Android phones seem to be suddenly taking the push that should have happened last year or earlier this year!
Palm needs to put their Web OS on some better hardware… they seem to be headed in the right direction though.
Apple is fine, just pricey and way too closed of a system.. they make me feel like im dealing with the RIAA or MPAA
As far as WinMobo, ive yet to see one that feels like a good OS for the phone..
This is all I have to say for now!
